Chapter Text
In the middle of the room was a table, at which, at the moment, six people were seated: Mafioso, Noli, Jason, Azure, John Doe, and 1x4. The rest of the cabin's residents were either too young to attend this conversation (they quickly became bored when the adults "talked about all sorts of unnecessary nonsense") or simply didn't want to attend, as they didn't think it was necessary (yeah, you, ITrapped).
The room was silent for a while, until Noli's loud sigh broke it.
"S0... We 4ll unD£rst4nd Th4t th1s c4n'T gO 0n?" He asked sadly, looking around at the empty space, which was clearly not as clean as he would have liked...
The other five people nodded in agreement.
"Yes... Something needs to be done about this. I don't think I can continue living like this for who knows how long..." Azure wrinkled his nose, his hat echoing his expression. "I think I'm going to start hating instant noodles soon."
Noli groaned at the mention of it, covering his face with his hands and shaking his head. "PLe4s£ d0n't r£miNd m£. 1'm 4Lre4dy hAv1ng n1gHtm4res aB0ut 1t."
You're probably asking, what happened? The thing is, our dear killers, turns out, were completely helpless. Most couldn't cook, and if they did, it was only simple dishes. For example, the aforementioned instant noodles.
And this would have been fine if only adults lived in the cabin; they would have been able to somehow get along. But with three restless, terrifying demons called "children" living with them, things weren't so easy.
Not to mention the cabin, which was already in near-disrepair, was becoming increasingly dirty. So not only were they eating the same food (and not the healthiest one at that), but they were also tripping over trash with every step.
And this led to constant bickering. 'You didn't take out the trash!' 'It wasn't my turn today!' 'Who's going to babysit?' 'Not me!' 'I'm not going anywhere near those little shits.' 'Whose turn is it to cook?' 'What difference does it make if we're all just eating noodles anyway?'
Yeah...
"...We need a solution." 1x4 finally spoke up, fixing their hair, which was disheveled and loose today instead of a neat ponytail. Bluudud seemed to be in a bad mood.
"N0 fuCk1ng w4y, Sh£rl0cK. W£ w0uLdn't h4vE f1gUr£d tH1s 0Ut 0n oUr oWn." Noli snorted, rolling eyes. 1x4 snapped back, but before it could escalate into an argument, Jason spoke up.
"Ki ki ma ma." (We need to kidnap one of the survivors.) Everyone turned to him, looking at him as if he'd just told them to stop killing and become pacifists. "...Ki ki...? Ma ma." (...What?... That's not such a bad idea.)
"Y0u kn0W...J4sOn's r1gHt. If w£ kiDn4pp£d 4 sUrv1voR, we C4n m4k£ th£m Do a1l th£ w0rK f0r uS jusT by tHr£at£n1Ng th£m." Noli said. A murmur of agreement swept through the room.
"But who should we choose?" Mafioso asked, and the room fell silent again, pondering.
"Definitely not Two Time." Azure blurted out, uttering Two Time's name with a growl in his voice.
"And not Chance." Mafioso added.
"And Shedletsky." 1x4 barely resisted the urge to thrust her sword into the table out of rage.
"W£ nEed s0m£One wHo c4n co0k, cl£aN, 4nd w4tcH th£ k1ds..." Noli I'll chuckle chuckled. "M4yb£ Ell1ot? P1Zza GuY."
Mafioso snorted. "You think the kids won't tear him apart the second they see him? And I'm not talking about joy right now." Noli groaned, realizing his mistake.
"Speaking of children..." John finally spoke up. "Why don't we just kidnap Coolkidd's father?" Noli perked up at the idea, nodding in agreement.
"£xcE1leNt 1de4! H£ c4n co0K anD cl£aN, 4Nd th£ k1Ds l0ve h1m!" Noli jumped up from his seat, his chair falling back, hitting the floor and startling Jason, who was sitting next to him. "1T's d£ciD£d!" He clapped his hands. "W£'re k1dN4pp1ng 0o7N7!"
"...But... How do we do it?"
***
007n7 was having a wonderful day. Not just a good day, but a wonderful one! He hadn't participated in any of the rounds so far, and had even managed to make himself breakfast while no one was in the kitchen in the main cabin.
It was a truly wonderful day, and he was sure nothing could ruin it.
Even when he teleported in a round, he found himself next to Guest and Chance, which lifted his spirits. Guest 1337 and Chance were the only ones (well, not counting Two Time, but 007 was honestly a little afraid of them...) who treated him well... You could even say In a friendly way...
It wasn't that the others were bullying him or isolating him! He was simply... disliked by some, and feared by others. They avoided him, didn't want to eat near him, and stopped talking when he entered the main cabin...
But it didn't matter! He was grateful that at least two or three people didn't treat him like a criminal (even though he was...).
Even the round itself was going perfectly! With just 20 seconds remaining, 007 relaxed a little. The killer was Azure, who had no particular desire to chase him (like Noli or Coolkidd... although he couldn't understand what had done wrong to Noli, considering they hadn't met before), and Two Time were still alive, so he didn't worry.
At least, that's what he thought. Until he felt a shadow appear behind him, making him tense. He prayed to Telamon that it was one of the survivors, but luck wasn't on his side today, as almost immediately a tentacle wrapped around him, and he heard the voice of none other than Azure.
"Aha! There you are!" 007 closed his eyes, waiting to be torn apart, but instead he felt... He was being pinned to the killer?
...What!?
He struggled, nervously glancing at the timer on his wrist.
00:15
The killer didn't let go, but he didn't try to kill him, instead simply holding him silently. If 007 hadn't been scared shitless, he would have laughed at this ridiculous situation, but right now he was in no mood for laughter.
00:10
What are they doing?! Could it be... Are they leaving him for the end, wanting to tear him apart right when the timer runs out? That was always the most painful, since afterward, survivors were usually haunted by phantom pains. SEVERE phantom pains... So, yeah, he didn't want to be a victim.
00:05
Now 007 was really panicking and trying to get away. However, this didn't seem to affect the killer at all. He didn't even flinch! As if it meant nothing to him. Although, most likely, it did... Considering that 007 didn't have a sword, a dagger, or a gun... And even if he had, he couldn't use them while the killer was holding him.
00:03
That's it...
00:02
Goodbye, his wonderful day...
00:01
Goodbye, a body without pain...
00:00
But when 007n7 opened his eyes again, still feeling the hold, he expected someone of the survivors to die and for time to be added to the timer.
Instead, he found himself in the cabin. While the other killers turned their heads and stared at him.
With nothing else to do, 007 acted very courageously and bravely...
He screamed.
