    Sam takes a breath, eyes the door with trepidation. Part of him expects the door to explode inwards, to burst open under a new onslaught of attack.
    Knock. Knock.
    Sam flinches at the unexpected sound. “Who’s there?”
    “Water,” replies a voice that is male, and relaxed and utterly unknown to Sam.
    He exchanges a glance with Dean. “Water who?”
    “Water you waiting for? Open the door.” There’s a laugh in the voice, and Sam can find no menace in it. So Sam, who has never once met a demon with any sense of humour, opens the door.
    Dean, who has never once hesitated to check if the stranger in front of them is a threat, splashes water at the newcomer.
    Standing in the open doorway, with a sword in his hand and water dripping down his face, is a man around Sam’s age. He’s not quite as tall as Sam, but still taller than Dean, with messy black hair and very green eyes. He’s wearing sturdy boots, jean shorts and a shirt with a cartoon seagull on it.
    "Who the fuck are you?"
    The smile he offers them shows teeth. "I'm Percy."

    Caught in a tight spot facing off against too many demons, Sam and Dean take a golden coin once given to them, place it into a rainbow, and call for help.
