“Come on you have to go, everyone’s waiting for you”
Percy didn’t know how to feel about that, he hated going to parties, especially camp parties as he knew they always had alcohol.
“Is there something bothering you seaweed brain,” Annabeth asked while plopping herself down on Percy’s bed. “You know you can always tell me.”
Oh ya I’m just gonna tell you how I hate the smell of alcohol cause of my childhood, I’m good he thought to himself.
“I’m fine wise girl just tired,” He said while giving Annabeth a kiss on the cheek. “Let me finished getting ready then we’ll head there together.”

Percy was standing outside of Cabin 11, they always hosted the party’s, he froze while grabbing the door nob.
You’ll be fine, he thought to himself, just survive the night with your friends.
He opened the door and immediately smelled all the alcohol. He wondered how much the Hermes Cabin was able to sneak in.
“Hey Percy, Annabeth glad to see you guys made it.” Jason, with Piper holding his hand, yelled over the loud music.
“Hey Jason, just took me a while to get ready” His eyes looked at the red cup in his hands he really hoped it wasn’t alcohol.
“Want me to get you guys a drink,” Piper asked while plopping down on whoever’s bed was by the entrance.
“Thank you but I’m good” Percy replied, he hoped he wasn’t shaking but he had a feeling he was.
“I’ll go get one soon, thank you for offering Pipes” Annabeth said while plopping down next to Piper
“Their about to start spin the bottle, if you don’t kiss the person you have to take a shot, anybody wanna join me” Piper asked while turning her body around so that she was laying down.
“I’ll join,” Jason said. “But if keeps on not landing on you Pipes I’ll probably give up before I get all drunk.” Jason said with a Chuckle.
“I’m ok,” Percy said. His hands started shaking so he shoved them in his pockets before anyone can see.“I’ll probably go watch if that’s fine.”
“If Percy’s not playing I’m not playing,” Annabeth said. “I don’t wanna keep on having to kiss random people.” Annabeth said while smiling at Percy.
He was glad that Annabeth didn’t join but he knew Annabeth would probably grab a drink while watching.
“Hey glad to see you guys made it,” Leo said. Percy could tell he already had a few drinks, he got good at telling as a kid.
“We’re about to play spin the bottle come on hurry,” Leo said while dragging Jason along with him.
“I should probably go with,” Piper said. “Before he steals my man.” She said with a chuckle.
Piper walked to go join the group of kids sitting on the floor.
Annabeth looked up at Percy, he had a feeling she knew something was wrong. “Percy are you sure you’re fine, you don’t seem like yourself.” Annabeth asked, he was able to hear the worry in her voice.
“I’m fine don’t worry about me,” He tried smiling while saying it so Annabeth wouldn’t think anything was wrong. “We should probably go join the others even if we won’t play and only watch.”
Annabeth looked at him with her gray stormy eyes, he knew she was trying to read him but he put on his best poker face so she wouldn’t be able to read him.
“Ok then let’s go,” Annabeth got up and grabbed Percy by the hand, leading them to the group of kids sitting on the floor.
He saw Leo, Jason, Piper, Katie, Travis, Connor, Pollux, Chris, and many other campers that he didn’t recognize.
They must be new campers he thought to himself.
Camp has been getting so much new campers I wouldn’t be surprised if they just arrived.
He saw Hazel talking to a child of Hecate, with Frank sitting next to them. He decided to drag Annabeth over there.
“Hey man how have you been!” Frank asked Percy while standing up to give him a hug.
“I’ve been better” He chuckled, trying to make it sound like a joke
“I think this party is nice,” Frank responded.
“It’s nice,” Percy responded. “Just not my thing you know.”
“I feel that, I’ve just been sitting down listening to Hazel and Lou Ellen talking, I’m not that much of a dancing person.” Frank said while picking up his drink cup that was on the table. “Let’s go get a drink.”
Before Percy could argue he was already getting dragged by Frank, leaving Annabeth with Hazel and Lou Ellen.
Frank poured himself another glass while grabbing a cup for Percy.
“Hey man I’m fine I’m not thirsty,” he was staring at the alcohol on the table and all he could think about was Smelly Gabe.
“Come on Percy, have some fun,” Frank said while handing the cup over to Percy.
“You think Annabeth would want a drink” he asked Percy.
“I think she would want to get her own drink,” He responded.
He started down at the cup in his hands. He couldn’t bring himself to drink it, he felt his arm start shaking.
“That sounds like her,” Frank snorted. “Let’s go back and see what the girls are talking about.”
On the way back he saw Piper spin the bottle and it landing on a new camper, she took a cup from the table drank it. He was able to see Jason smirking knowing that Piper probably won’t kiss anyone other than him.
“Hey you guys are back,” Hazel exclaimed.
