The Killer Won.

They lost.
Again.
007n7 had been the last man standing—of course, sure! All his abilities did was aid him and solely him, but that did NOT mean he appreciated being left for last every single goddamn fucking TIME. Spawning at the loser's table was starting to grate his nerves as well, the eyes that pinned him down made him more sick to his stomach than he could bear, and the fact that everyone who had been within that round were still seated at the table meant he couldn't just sneak away without another glancing his way, because they already were.
Still, he needed out.
The sound of a wooden chair scratching against the floor boards echoed throughout the vicinity as 007n7 hands pushed against the table, making his next move well known to the others. Just like that, everyone who was seated was now staring at him, some with hostile eyes and others full of caution that 007n7 was sick of seeing. Nonetheless, he didn't stop in his attempt to flee, needed to get out before anyone at this table had the chance to make another stupid comment about him, hurtful or not, 007n7 didn't care, he wasn't in the mood to hear either of them.
Alas, someone always had to speak up when they shouldn't, worst of all, it was Builderman calling him back, but it sounded more like a demand than a heartfelt request.
Always a demand.
"007n7, we are having a meeting and you are not missing another one." The admin claimed, words laced with hidden irritation only 007n7 could sense, because it was always directed at him. "So, sit your ass back down so we can talk, because this is becoming an issue." Order, just another order from the man who built Robloxia from scratch. It's always an order.
But it was the tone that made the ex-hacker falter in his escape plan, a sentence so simple yet firm at the same time. So, painfully reluctantly-so, 007n7 slowly took his spot back on the wooden chair, his tail twirling itself around his calve as a disgusting wave of anxiety flooded his systems. The silence was mind numbing, as though even the air around them was trying to brace for the conversation no one was certain they wanted to have, but were forced to have, anyway.
Then, the same person who verbally dragged the burbur man back to the table, was the one who proceeded to break the thick barrier of silence, word after word spilling from the unc's mouth. Complaint after complaint, how strategy's were broken because either someone died too soon or was too fucking incompetent to do the task they were given. They've been losing rounds, again and again, more times than they should've, all because of the human drive that panic gives once it squirms it's way into a person's body.
They couldn't keep having these casualties, just because they come back after every sickening death doesn't mean their pain sensors were fucking turned off or were nonexistent entirely. Every cut hurt, every death was pain and every reset left a infuriating ache within every limb that had been torn open or ripped off entirely when unwillingly participating within the last round's duration. There was always pain to complain about, sobs and strained cries to be wept and memories to regret.
So, when the conversation steers in the direction of needing better coordination with less panic, a new approach to this hellish landscape, and team organization better than before, the admin finally paused to breathe in a breath of air, allowing others to word their opinions on the issue. They proposed ideas, yet there were always holes within those plans, always ways that would get someone killed within the long run.
"We could try uhm...distracting?" It was heard amongst those who sat at the wooden table, quiet yet audible, but unknown to who the words belonged to. However, one agrees, then another, but it wasn't agreeing that mattered, it was who was going to take up the role. Because distracting the killer was something they've all talked about, planned on, tried, only for it to almost always backfires on them in the worst ways possible. Someone's blood always found its way splattered on the ground or painting the changing walls, intestines a grotesque meal left once someone was torn apart. It didn't matter if the strategy and technique was planned or not, the end result was always a nauseating bloodbath.
It was always the same, because no one could do it effectively.
The grey admin shut his eyes, brows stitching together as he sifted through the options, "does anyone here know how to effectively distract the killer, or is this suggestion going to end up like all the other times where one of you die and then we all die. Again." It was the truth, cold and bitter on the tongue, because none of them knew how, and the silence proved that point further. Eyes glanced from one side of the table to the other, waiting for someone to speak up, but no one did, why would they?
This was pointless, forget distracting, it simply wasn't possible. Why recommend the role when no one wanted it knowing the risks it held?
007n7 just stared into the distance, because speaking meant the risk of messing up, and he wasn't about too—okay, apparently his social anxiety was absent from his head space because he blurted out the most random shit, albeit...quietly. "Well, I'm, too—uh...put it lightly...really good at seducing people? If...if that counts as a strategy?"

The silence was gut wrenching, and 007n7 could feel every set of eyes burn into his skin. He should've kept his mouth shut, should've stayed out of it like he always did. Because out of all things, why would he, though retired still an exploiter, know information like that? It was unheard of, stupid and practically diabolical! Yet they kept staring, kept burning their hatred into his already simmering blood, keeping the nauseous ache within his chest from leaving. "Actually—never mind, forget I said anything..."
Look away.
Please.

What...?
The horned male blinked, vision refocusing into a more clear one that he could see through. His eyes darted around the table until they landed on Builderman's stiff form, a clear sign that the admin was either really serious or interested in the idea—probably both if 007n7 was being honest. However more, the former hacker visibly wilts upon being told to further explain his point. "Well—you see I—I had, uh...experien-?"
Elliot, known for being the sunshine of the group but also a true asshole when wanting to be, grew rather impatient with the older man's stuttering words. He wasn't one to continuously seek out the humility of others, having hurt him or not, didn't matter—but at the same time, what humility was there for 007n7 to hide from when the former father? Not sure whether the man still considered himself a father anymore considering the circumstances—EITHER WAY, the latter was already in the spotlight, might as well just speed up the process.
Arms crossed in a rather visibly lazy manner, brows knitted in what could be a grimace and lips strained into a somewhat forced smirk, Elliot began—to not so intentionally—hack away at whatever minuscule of dignity the burger favouring male was said to have. "Our fellow survivor here was a rather careless teen, often engaging in promiscuous acts with whomever he could get in bed with. A slut, if you will, though he avoided such acts with children like the plague."
The invasive words were uncalled for, especially to 007n7, who never thought he'd hear the day of Elliot—OF ALL POSSIBLE PEOPLE—calling another robloxian a slut. Nevertheless, his own tongue bit back before he could even think of holding his words back—a tone that snapped with every word that managed to freely spill itself from his mouth. "You were one of the people I slept with, Elliot! On multiple occasions too! You cannot be talking!" His words were clearly a means of being defensive for his own past, one he'd been reckless in.
A pause filled the dreaded silence, because I personally beg for your finest, up most GREATEST of existing pardons?
At that exact moment, the wave of realisation of what he just uttered suddenly came flooding his senses, his eyes widening as he tried to backtrack on his offensive tone. He fell back into his chair with a soft thud, his face looking just a tint redder than it had been moments ago. "...Eugh, no...apologies for yelling, Elliot. Wasn't my truest intention." He mumbled through gritted teeth as he offered a wobbly, if not mostly forced smile.
Everyone crowded within the cabin could only offer their stares, watching as Seven melted into his seat with shame, or staring at Elliot whom was sitting rather stiffly, if not uncomfortably so, with a face as red as his wrinkled work uniform. The tension was so undesirably thick, that if one were to wield a knife, the blade would cut through it with ease. Not a soul within this room knew what to say, how to reinstate the conversation that once filled the enclosed structure.
Could it possibly get any more weird?
An awkward laugh tore through the weight that had settled over everyone, one that belonged solely to the gambling addict who was seated across from the ex-hacker. The fedora accessorised latter could only smirk to further stifle the remainder of their laughter as they turned their attention to the pizza worker. "So, Elliot, buddy, is that true? Do tell, please," and if Elliot could get any redder than before, he might as well burst open from the embarrassment, blood rushing to his cheeks that left them feeling hot and looking as red as pizza sauce.
The brunette let out a defeated sigh, whatever dignity he may have still had now completely diminished into nothing. "Returning to the main topic on hand...the distraction stuff," the ex-hacker finally stated, trying to redirect the conversation back to what was important at this current moment. The man at the head of the table, as old as Robloxia, could only blink in a stunned sense, having still yet to get over his overall shock of the moment. "When I was younger, back in the forgotten days, I sort of joined...a uh...brothel, to put it simply? More for the fun of it. Long story short, I learned...some...stuff..."
His words trailed off, hesitation seeping beneath his skin as he considered if this information was truly important or not. Well, it'd be better to say it now then later, if not never, right...? Maybe then he'll finally be useful to the rest of the group. With that thought in mind, he finally decided to drop the mind-blowing bombshell to the rest of the group. He finally spoke again, his voice coming out in a quiet monotone as the words followed, "I've been with some of the killers."
Everyone whom had barely enough time to recover from the last shocking statement were all sent into another storm of it, stunned eyes widening with a tint of uncertainty as they all stared at the former hacker. Everyone BUT Chance, who was now very, very, interested in this conversation and was now leaning in to get further insight on it all. "Which killers are we speaking of here, Sev? Come on! Share it with the class, why don't you! We're all very curious!"
The brunette simply gave a nod, whatever shame that once rattled his very being now having completely ceased to exist, leaving behind only the husk that once surrounded it. His eyes left Chance's, darting down to his own hands as he lifted one and began counting with his fingers. "Noli...Mafioso...uh, Azure...oh! And-"
Chance's eyes widened as the latter abruptly stood, chair screeching against the wooden floorboards from the sudden force as the gambler flailed with words, shock of their own finally taking over. "Hold on! Pause! PAUSE! What?? I BEG YOUR PARDON? You said Mafioso? As in, the debt collecting rabbit guy? How on Lady Luck's life did you even meet him?"
007n7 grimaced at the sudden screech from Chance's chair, pointed ears flattening against his head as he tried to comprehend the words that left the gambler's mouth. "Uhh...Casino......job..." He responded with very terse words, he watched as Chance began connecting the dots in their own head.
"The casinos that Mafioso was always in had those..." Chance murmured, hand to their chin as they stayed in deep thought, until the realisation finally hit them, "HOLY—the waitress thing?!" The gambler stared, utterly flabbergasted as they waited for an answer that never came verbally, but visibly as 007n7's face was the one to answer. "Haha! That's insane! That silly job with the bunny suit things...?!"
The cultist, which sat quietly beside the gambler, patiently waiting for the latter to quit their insufferable yapping so they could ask their own questions. When the idiot finally decided to shut their trap, Two Time finally took it as their time to speak, calm eyes meeting 007n7's. "You said...Azure, yes? ...My partner." The cultist spoke with an unnerving calmness to their voice, their smile too stretched, too forced and too cold for it to sooth 007n7's nerves.
007n7 stiffened, eyes widening as his skin paled, with an expression that of mortification and utter horror at the thought of being the reason for another persons infidelity, his jaw opened and closed as he tried to process what the cultist had just asked. He couldn't fathom the idea of helping Two Times partner literally cheat. "No—no! Y-You not remember?" He looks at Two Time with pleading apprehension, practically praying that the cultist hadn't forgotten. "In that forest? When I had gotten lost and stumbled upon the area you two lived in?"
A silence filtered its way into the conversation, confusion simmering below until Two Time's eyes finally lit up with as they recalled the event, their smile brightening to a pleasant form, "ah, yes, of course! I recall now." They paid no mind to the shocked eyes that were now staring at both them and 007n7, staring between the former hacker to the cultist. "My dearest partner and I played part in what most would call a threesome with our lovely former exploiter here."
Silence. Thick, unspoken silence.
The group at the table were all horrified at the information they were so unwillingly given.
And 007n7?
He let out a sigh of relief, well, as much relief as he could be receiving in a situation like this, where he was still technically the main subject, but it's better than nothing.
