   Summary

Prompt: Kara overhears Cat talking about her attraction to Supergirl but misses the part where she is also or more attracted to Kara - early Supergirl ;)

I changed the prompt slightly. Cat was talking with President Marsdin, and she heard Kara land on the balcony. She chooses to tell Marsdin that she is attracted to Supergirl, but not Kara.
