At Some point in time; Heaven
"Rory! No!" came a chorus of voices.
"Rory Yes!"
And so, a half-human, half-angel woman who kinda looked like that Negasonic Teenage Warhead character from Deadpool, who knew exactly what had happened and... well, unlike her last trip through time, now knew the actual mechanisms around time travel... and what it was she wished to accomplish without screwing, basically... everyone; went from being in Heaven in... probably say a few centuries after she was born, to a little under two decades before.
"Who are you?"
With an internal sigh at being immediately noticed and located by one of her uncles... and thankful it was one of the airheaded ones... "Oh, uh, I'm the daughter of an angel from the future. It's important I get to my aunt Hanniah. It's... really important. The Universe could glitch or even end if not and stuff." Is the gist of what she said. But, weren't the actual words themselves. Lets assume she was a bit more verbose with Maze's wit and very subtle scorn mixed in.
Pfft. Kinda true, anyway. Because of the time between Grandfather retiring and Uncle A actually taking the position, There'd been too much hassle with the angels - Michael's Meddling a surprisingly smaller part of it than any local would have expected if they knew - granting things. (and not just on Earth! Humans weren't Gods' only project after all!) Suffice to say, Glitch is Putting It Mildly.
She's only mostly doing her own temporal meddling on a strangely-kinda-is-kinda-isn't selfish whim.
Then the silence stretched too long and her Uncle... whichever, stared in shock. "... Hanniah's not been created yet. And probably never will be, since.. uh... Mom and Dad.... you know."
... Oh. Right. Grandmothers' in hell and... Grandfathers not talking to her.
"Well then. Good thing I know just what to say to both of them to make sure she does come into existence."
And her new later self to be raised by her new oldest sister, maybe? It's her plan, after all. Sure, T was an amazing older sister, knew the best hang outs and was an absolute beast in their play fighting as kids whenever Auntie Maze was around to babysit whilst T was (supposed to be) studying to become an astronaut... but also loosing Lucifer on top of loosing her own Dad, had an effect. A bad one. There's a reason T started spiking drinks before she got on the straight and narrow for her career with SpaceX. T getting an older sister, of sorts, some of the changes...
Hell, making sure Uncle Mike was less of a douche earlier and did that self-actualizing self-improvement without that whole bullshit... As far as she can tell, big domino effect, making Aunt Hanniah come into existence a few years earlier and get raised by Mom.
She may have decided to do this on a whim, but she had way more prep than she did on her first jaunt through time.
"Hello, Grandaughter.... Hmm. I do see the potential advantages..."
Course you do, Grandfather.
2005, Los Angeles
Officer Decker was a perfectly normal single mom, thank you very much. Ignore that earlier acting career please.
"Hey Decker." Came a voice as she finished up her paperwork as a beat cop that somehow ended up at murder scenes and kept getting involved. Looking up, she smiled at the detective she'd had a crush on since starting at this precinct.
"Hey D... Detective Espinoza."
"I'd ask what your plans were for your first free weekend since starting on the beat, or well, ask if you wanted to join us at the bar, but I just heard... " Huh? "Didn't know you had a daughter." Oh. Here it comes... "How come this is the first I'm hearing?" He asked... with a wink? What... "How old is she?"
"Three. She turns four soon."
"Yeah? She into Disney? I... uh.,.. my sisters loved Disney so I have way too much knowledge of Disneyland not to take advantage of it."
And that was how her first date with Dan Espinoza instead of happening at a cop bar, happened at Disneyland.
A few years later, they were married with a kid on the way.
2008
Hannah Decker, adopted daughter to now-Detective Chloe Decker, gently cradled her little sister in her six, nearly seven year old arms, whilst her mom had a power nap in the hospital bed. Somehow, this felt just, right.
"Hey sweetie. Mommy asleep?" Daddy Dan asked quietly from the doorway.
Something... always felt off with Dan. All her "Aunts and Uncles" that were apparently her actual birth siblings all didn't like him, but Uncle Mike always just smirked and said something about a french bum cleaner whenever she asked him, and the others always started to cough.
"Uh-Huh." She whispered, her little sister had been crying up a storm and kept Mommy awake until she'd asked to hold her sister. She looked up at a sad look on his face, and noted he was still in the doorway. "Work again, Dandy?"
It was as close as she could get to calling him daddy. He thought it was funny. (everyone else did, for different reasons, she thinks.)
And so, before her mom was even out of the hospital, a recurring thing with the Decker-Espinoza Family relationship had been set.
2012
"Thanks for doing this, Miss Lopez." Her mom was saying, between packing away a bag and making sure Little Trix wasn't underfoot, and glad she wasn't thanks to her oldest being the most responsible eleven-year-old ever, but still not old enough for her to get away with having her oldest kid babysit her youngest.
"It's fine, Detective!" said the girl who promptly then gave a smooshing hug to the two girls. "I absolutely adore the Little Deckers!"
Everything was fine. She was not struggling to raise two kids despite being married to another cop who should be able to trade shifts with her so one of them's always home but didn't because he kept somehow getting involved in Vice cases than turned into Homicide cases, or helping out other detectives' own cases and just was never home.
Nope nope nope. And She never changed her name just because it was a modern thing to not do that for work. Nuh-uh.
"They're cool kids." Spoke a voice she'd heard before, and glanced at.
"Thanks Rae." She greeted without thinking.
..."Wait you can see Rae-Rae?" Ella suddenly asked. And a major (unplanned for) shift occured.
"Azra's my sis'er!" Cheered the older Little Decker, and through a hole in a tooth that altered her speech a bit too much to be cuteness personified, "She'th Angle of Deaf!"
Suffice to say, Chloe was late to her own stake-out that day, and a college student studying to become a forensic scientist was... not the last to be included in the celestial secrets.

Lucifer was beside himself. Sort of. Technically, that was a pun, given the twin thing.
Michael was having way too much fun watching him squirm in the arms of two children giving him the biggest hugs they could physically do.
"Hannah! Beatrice!" Chloe called, "You're making him uncomfortable."
"but.. But..."-
"Butts are for sitting on."
Trixie giggled as she let go, but this, Hannah Decker, didn't.
"Detective?"
"Well," Said his american-accented twin brother, "I guess that's my cue to leave. An absolute horror to have been here, as always." Lucifer caught the rolling of eyes, and amusement? well it seems someone knows how to read Michaels' lies.
"... So does my brother inexplicably babysit the little deckers often?"
"A lot of your younger siblings do." Chloe answered in amusement. "When Azra came to ask me for a favour, to adopt a kid, I didn't expect to be raising a literal newborn angel whose celestial siblings would start showing up as soon as her wings came in."
"... What. But.... this doesn't make any sense, Angels are created fully formed. We didn't have a childhood, not like this."
"I know, several of your I-can't-pronoune-their-names siblings have shared the oddity about it. And just how Hannah... sorry, Hanniah, exists as a child of both of your parents when your mom's in Hell."
And it was the proper angel name that gave it away. That, and Hannah - or Hanniah - asking if he wanted to see her wings, and bringing them out anyway.
