Amity couldn’t believe the night she had just had! She and THE Luz Noceda are dating! Luz is her GIRLFRIEND! It all felt like a dream to the witch.

“AMITY!?” The witch heard Luz call her name.
Oh Titan, Luz. All the memories from a few nights came rushing back.
Especially the kiss.
The purple-haired witch was NOT ready to talk to her yet, but it looks as if she didn’t have a choice.
“Oh no, that’s silly, why would Amity be in our basement.”
Amity decided then that she needed to break out of whatever she was in and hopefully get Luz to agree to forget about the kiss.
“Amity!?” Luz calls out again once Amity manages to break free.
“Luz? Where are we? I think… Hooty brought me here?”
“Uh, well, this is our basement. I am so sorry about this. Hooty's been acting weird all day.” The human said as she helped Amity up.
“Yeah, house demons get like that after a couple thousand years. It’s fine.” Amity started as she turned around and walked forward to put space between her and Luz. “Listen, about what happened at… my place… I kinda- If we could just forget about the whole thing? Maybe? I-” Amity heard a tiny (maybe even disappointed?) gasp come from Luz, which cuts off her speech. ‘Wait could that mean she lik- No don’t get your hopes up, Blight.’ Amity reprimands herself
“Hey! All I care about is getting you out of our dirty weird basement.” Luz exclaims as she walks forward toward Amity.
She eventually stepped on some sort of pressure plate which triggered a trapdoor they were both standing on.
Before they both fell, the girls instinctually grabbed on to one another, when Amity looked down and Luz looked up to see the position they were in, they felt a blush crawling its way onto their faces.
When they reached the bottom Amity saw a burst of flames and shrieked in surprise as she scooted away from the fire.
She saw Luz reach for some kind of note and read it aloud “To make it to the world above, make your way to the tunnel of-” But before she could finish the note she cut herself off with a gasp.
A series of lights turned on revealing… wait did that say ‘Tunnel of Love’?!
Luz said something about Amity thinking she’s a loser? Which was a bizarre thought to the witch.
“What is this?” Amity asked as she walked up to her crush. Before her question could be answered she felt something wrap around them and drop them into a boat-thing.
Once they were both seated the boat started moving forward and romantic music started playing. Amity could feel her face get hotter and redder than it ever had before this point.
‘Okay, Amity, get control of yourself.’ Amity thinks to herself.
“Oh no, I’m gonna be made fun of again.” Luz said dejectedly.
Amity wanted to confirm what she heard because that sounded NOTHING like the Luz that she had such a huge crush on, so she asked “Did you- uh- did you say just something?
Suddenly Luz, much louder than usual, screamed “No!” And jumps on one of the displays, tearing it in half.
What followed next was… horrible… to say the least.
Once the hellish ride was over Amity got out of the ride and started walking away and heard Luz come to the surface and gasp for air saying “This… was a nightmare.” Between breaths.
Amity agreed, albeit for different reasons. “Yeah, it kinda was. I’ll get out of your hair.”
“Amity, wait! This wasn’t me, this was all Hooty’s stupid idea.” Luz said.
“Yeah. This was stupid. I mean, us? Dating? Heh. That's stupid, right?” Amity replied, wiping a tear from her eye.
“No! That’s not what I meant!” Luz started to clarify. “I-I just thought you were too cool for the tunnel of love and thought I was gonna be made fun of again! I-I-I do have a crush on you… but… I don’t know.” Luz finishes with a sigh.
Amity reached her hand out for Luz to pull herself out of the water, which Luz took. “Well, we both know how I feel about you so…” Amity trailed off as she blushed once again at the memory of the kiss and pulled Luz out of the water.
Once Luz was out of the water, both girls tried to start talking.
“Wou-”
“Luz-”
Both girls giggle, once they both recover Luz allows Amity to go first.
“Luz Noceda, would you like to be my girlfriend.”
“Yes!” Luz beams.
Luz noticed Amity was fidgeting with her hand and offered her own, which the purple-haired girl took.
“Why is this still so scary?” Luz asked.
“I don’t know.” Amity replied.

Once Amity woke up the next day the memories of yesterday came rushing back. Luz confessing to Amity. Amity confessing to Luz. And Luz agreeing to be Amity’s girlfriend. Amity just sighed dreamily
Wanting to spend as much time as possible with her new girlfriend, she rushed her morning routine and ate breakfast as quickly as possible. Once breakfast was done she rushed out the door but was stopped by her siblings.
“Not so fast Mittens.” Edric wagged his finger while Amity growled at the nickname.
“What has you in such a good mood?” Emira teased. “Does it have something to do with Luz~?” Em purred. “No!” Amity tried to deny, but she knew her red cheeks were giving her away.
“We all know that’s a lie!” Ed chimed. “Ughhh! Fine, I’ll tell you, but only if you agree to not tease me too much!” Amity negotiated. Her siblings nodded in agreement. “I may or may not have confessed to Luz and now we’re dating.”
“Well took you two long enough!” Emira said. “But, we’re proud of you sis.” Ed said. “Great! Can I go to school now?” Amity asked. “Okayyy, finnnneeeee.” They both agreed, before stepping out of the way.
Amity quickly ran to Hexside to spend as much time with Luz as possible.
On the way there she ran into her new girlfriend and rushed to wrap her in a hug. “Luz!” She calls out as Luz uses the witch’s momentum to spin her around. “Amity!”
Luz’s cheeks were a slight red before she said “You’re really pretty.” Amity also blushed. “I’m wearing the same outfit, dork.” Amity pointed out. “Okay, two things. One: I know that. Two: I may be a dork but I’m YOUR dork.” Luz said as she tapped Amity’s nose, making the witch blush again.
“Come on, we don’t want to keep Willow and Gus waiting.” Amity said, reaching out to hold Luz’s hand, who quickly intertwined their fingers.
Once they got to the clearing in the forest that surrounded Hexside they saw Willow and Gus who waved them over. When they got to them Willow looked at Amity, then Luz, and lastly their intertwined hands, she turned back to the two girls and gave them both a knowing smirk, which made them blush.
“Took you two long enough, dear Titan.” Willow said, adding an faux exasperated tone. “Were we really that obvious?” The newly formed couple asked in unison.
Willow and Gus deadpanned at them. “Oh, 100% yes.” The two girls sat down and told Willow and Gus what happened the night before, right when the story ended the bell for first class ended. Thankfully Luz and Amity had first period together on Mondays.

At lunch, the group sat at their usual table and talked more before a certain Boscha decided to interrupt. “Sup, dorks.” She said as she slapped her hands on the table.
“What do you want, Boscha?” Amity asked, already annoyed with her former ‘friend.’ “Amity! Why are you sitting here with these losers?” She said with extra venom injected into the last word.
“Okay, first of all, they aren’t losers, you are. Second of all,” Amity began before interlocking her and Luz’s hand and lifting it to rest on the table before continuing. “Call my girlfriend that again and it will be the last thing you ever do. Got it?” Amity said as she gave a death glare to Boscha.
“Ohhh, the traitor and the human are dating! How fun.” She deadpanned. Amity rolled her eyes. “You’re just jealous because I decided to not be in your little cult you have going on.” Amity said as she wiggled her free hand’s fingers over to her old table.
“Whatever.” Boscha said, faking indifference, before walking back to her table.
“Amity! You were awesome just now!” Luz said as she wrapped her arms around her witch’s neck, making Amity blush. The witch and human could hear people nearby whispering, they knew it was about them but didn’t really care and spent the rest of lunch uninterrupted.
