   Summary

   Everyone has their own place.. Some live up in the protected walls of the lake. Others are thrown out, forced to fend for themselves.

    

   If you're not good enough, you don't deserve to stay with the people who are... That's exactly what happens to Jooyeon and others who were like him.

    

   Where the people who are thrown out go is called down-river.. Everyone who is too much for the Officials to handle. Either too opinionated or just too… much. It's where everyone who wasn't perfect enough for the Officials went.
