Chapter Text
"Twixxel!" Mob exclaimed as he started running towards Twixxel. Despite everything, its still you.
"Mob!!" Twixxel said as he ran towards Mob and hugged him tightly like he might vanish into thin air. Verity rolled over, and observed the 2 bestfriends and tried to comprehend what Twixxel had that he didn't.
"Hey, Twixxel! It's great to have you back!" Verity said awkwardly. Twixxel turned away from Mob and observed the entity that brought him back.
"Hey Verity, thank you!" Twixxel had said, which was all he could offer, since he couldn't think of anything at the moment but just be grateful to be with Mob.
After 5 long minutes, Mob reading the situation he was in, tried to change the subject.
"Hey how about we go fishing? I'm running out of food anyways" Mob said, trying to act casual but failing miserably, and instead he looked desperate.
"Yeah sure, why not!" Said Twixxel, relieved that Mob had finally noticed how awkward it had gotten.
Verity chirped up,"That's a great idea, Mob! There is a lake 329 blocks east."
"That's pretty close actually, hey let me grab some materials real quick then we can start heading. Twixxel if you want you can wait here" Mob suggested, already heading towards his house to grab some tools.
"Nah I'll go with you, its kinda cold outside here anyways"
Twixxel said, following Mob behind. Verity stayed, too surmeged in his own thoughts to notice that Mob and Twixxel were gone.
"Here" Mob said, throwing a fishing rod towards Twixxel.
"Heyy, next time give me a warning at least!" Said Twixxel jokingly.
"Nah bro, that ruins the whole purpose of throwing it at you" Mob said, laughing at what Twixxel had said. Mob's laugh, as always, was so contagious Twixxel started laughing and fell to the floor, which didn't help because that just made them laugh even harder. Verity, hearing Mob's unmistakable laugh, finally realized that he was the only one outside. Verity rolled over to Mob's house but was interrupted by Twixxel's careless throw at the door.
"Okay we got everything, right?" Twixxel asked.
"Yup I think we have everything we need. Hey Verity where did you say was the lake again? I lwk forgot" Mob said, getting a side eye from Twixxel.
"329 blocks, east! Though I suggest we hurry as the sun is about to set in an hour and I don't think you would want to miss the sunset!" Verity suggested.
"True, True" Said Mob.
"Wait, I have an idea!" Said Mob
"Is it a dumb one?" Twixxel snickered which gets him a bump from Mob.
"Bro, shut up" Said Mob jokingly.
"And no its not a dumb one, unlike your ideas" Said Mob giving Twixxel an evil smirk. Mob picked up Verity and put him inside his hoodie, beside his neck specifically, which Verity took as an opportunity to immediately nuzzle against Mob's neck. Then Mob took Twixxel's hand to hold.
"Ayo, bro i didn't know you wh-" Twixxel immediately got interrupted as a bunch of little green dots stared appearing everywhere.
And WHISH, they where at the lake Verity was talking about earlier.
"See i told you it wasn't a bad idea" Mob said, proud of himself that his enderman "powers" finally had worked.
"Bro Ima be real honest with you, I lwk forgot you could do that" Twixxel stated.
"Huh? What just happened?" Verity asked, confused written all over his face. Mob had forgotten to tell Verity that he was part enderman, which gave him some advantages, and some disadvantages.
"Oh yeah, I kinda forgot to tell you that I'm part enderman" Mob said ashamed.
"It's okay! But that makes a lot of sense! Is that why you never make eye contact with me?" Verity asked, already knowing thr answer but still wanting to hear it from Mob himself.
"Yeah, I guess" Mob said.
"Hey what's taking so long? Let's start fishing!" Twixxel yelled from where he was. Mob realized that they were still in the same place he had teleported them to.
"Okay okay chill" Mob said, already walking towards him with Verity in his shoulder. When they got to where Twixxel was they sat down, pulled their shoulder rods, and started fishing.
"Haven't fished in a while huh?" Said Mob, noticing how Twixxel was struggling to catch fish while Mob already had 3 buckets lined up.
"Nooo, what are you talking about" Twixxel said, trying to play it off.
"Bro come on, we both know you can't fish shit, look I already got 3 buckets filled with fish and you haven't at least gotten a single fish" Said Mob smirking at Twixxel.
"Here let me help" Said Mob, as he grabbed Twixxel hand to guide him on where to go. After a while Twixxel, with the help of Mob, had achieved to fill up about 5 buckets, which was nothing compared to how many Mob had. (Which was about 17 btw).
"Hey the sun is setting, Mob would you like to go over that mountain over there to watch the sunset?" Asked Verity, breaking Mob's conversation with Twixxel about their life outside of minecraft, which felt a bit rude, but Mob decided to ignore it.
"Actually, yes that's a great idea lwk" Said Mob
"Cmon Twixxel, lets go before we miss it" Said Mob already getting up and gathering all their stuff.
"Bro if you wanna catch that sunset you should hurry up a bit" Twixxel teased.
"Well, we could be walking right now, if SOMEONE started helping me here with all these buckets" Said Mob side eyeing Twixxel. With that, Twixxel went to help Mob gather all their stuff. Verity just observed, taking in the moment; Mob and Twixxel gathering all their things and laughing about something stupid. After they gathered everything, Mob picked verity up and signaled for Twixxel to follow. Once they where at the mountain, they put a picnic blanket on the floor and got comfortable. Mob took his hoodie off and put it beside all their stuff.
"The sunset is beautiful, isn't it?" Verity said observing the beauty of the sunset, how the sunlight danced in the water, and how it was just so peaceful.
"Yeah" Mob replied taking in the moment.
"Hey look that looks like us" Twixxel pointed at 3 stars in the sky, 2 big ones and one small one. "Oh yeah that is us, but you're definitely the bigger one" Said Mob smirking at Twixxel.
"You wish, you chud" Twixxel said as they started laughing about how Twixxel said "chud."
