"So what?" Shane huffs. "I start dating some random guy and bring him to my ex's wedding? That's so weird."
"Or you find perfect, fake boyfriend who will act like total asshole to Matt."
Shane snorts. But then he stops laughing.
It's not… the worst idea. It's kind of a bad one. And chances are Matt is happily involved with whoever this Ian guy is, so he won't even care. Shane would have to find a fake boyfriend that's either so unworldly perfect, everyone in the room will be jealous; or someone who has a special talent for pissing people off.
Shane sits up, his eyes finding Ilya's.
"What if I bring you?"
