Summary
Three months after their breakup, Lucy Chen is finally starting over. A new apartment, a new routine, and just enough distance from Tim Bradford to convince herself she's moving on. Then Tim's house floods.
The only apartment available on short notice is directly across the hall from hers.
Now they're sharing elevators, bumping into each other in the laundry room, collecting each other's misdelivered packages, and pretending it isn't weird that Kojo has decided Lucy's apartment is his second home.
