Summary
Six months after the finale, Carmen Berzatto is still trying to outrun the anger from his brother's suicide. His therapist suggests an outlet. Something physical. Something that doesn’t involve destroying himself.
That’s how he ends up in a boxing gym.
Dani was supposed to be Danny. Some muscle head trainer to beat the anger out of him. Instead she’s sunshine in human form. She isn’t supposed to care that his hands aren’t wrapped correctly, or see through the bullshit he’s worked so hard to hide.
She’s not supposed to matter to him.
