Summary
Monsters were locked under Mt. Ebott hundreds of years ago by the 7 mages. While the world overall forgot about magic and monsters their descendants still had the ability to wield magic. Y/n is a green witch, descended from the mage of Kindness. With monsters all but forgotten the humanity now seeks to destroy all Witches and Mages. Now 26 years old y/n has spent 16 years running from her past, from witch hunters, and from the reality that no matter how much she HOPES that one day the world will accept her for who and what she is, that day will likely never come. While climbing Mt Ebott after narrowly escaping a mob seeking to burn her at the stake, she enters a cave to rest for the night only to fall into the Underground. Y/n wakes to find a world starved and dying, maybe she can do something about it. But will the broken world she’s ended up in even give her the chance to try and will she find something or someone else she never knew she’d been searching for.
