Summary
Peter was bit by a radioactive spider, (we all know that) but in this universe, instead of watching his uncle die and receiving an inspiring death speech, he got snatched by some crazy scientists who recognized the signs of a forming meta. Que the experimentation, training, necessary trauma, death/resurrection -did I mention that in tags?- and blah blah blah. The important part is that Peter and some of his newfound friends find their way out after 6 years. Hooray!!
But that's not it the traumatized 16 year olds find themselves wandering Gotham and putting their skills and huge brains to use.
Unfortunately for their meta-asses, the Bat-family seems to have noticed a trio of ragtag kids from the pits with less morals than usual and won't get off their fucking tail. Of course the children do the most reasonable thing they could possibly do *checks notes* hack into the bat cave, send semi-threatening messages, use questionable means for making money, take down some annoying ass clowns, commit arson, become friends with some rogues, gain a new vigilante family and become self aware--- WAIT WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN??
