Being a miraculous holder and a normal high school student was really hard to juggle at the same time. Especially for Sora, currently she’s a miraculous holder of the black cat. That was not easy to manage especially when she’s always got nagged by Plagg here and there, “for god sake Plagg, can you just shut up for a second?! We can’t have anyone suspecting us or have my identity exposed to the world!” she whispered yelled at Plagg who’s just grinning mischievously. “Sorry kid, but my stomach is unbearably hungry today” he stated, hovering in her school bag searching for cheese. Sora still couldn’t believe a cat kwami would love a cheese of all things, “I still can’t believe you would choose cheese over anything… smelly cheese nonetheless”
“What can I say, cheese has that delicious flavour.” Plagg slurps and finally finds the camembert cheese as he gulp in one go, making Sora shudder “gross… and hurry up, we don’t want anyone see you—” just as she was about to give Plagg more cheese, she then saw Arin was walking with Roby, talking about the upcoming speedy 3000 tournament that happen this week. “I tell you Arin, if I host this tournament as the announcer, that means no more unfair games!” he suggested as the curly haired boy rolled his eyes.
He was about to say something but then noticed Sora from the edge of his eyes, “hey Sora! Are you going to participate in the speedy 3000 tournament that Roby held? You know since you always fix your machine and even race with it” he called out to her, which made her heart leap as she shoved Plagg inside her pocket. She immediately turned around and walked to his way “y-yeah! I think so? Wyldfyre has been begging me to enter it since her vehicle is unable to be used at the moment” she lied about that, actually Wyldfyre was about to enter the tournament. But, Kai already convisticated her vehicle. So the second option was for Sora to enter the tournament instead.
Arin smiled and nodded and gave her a small charm, “alright then I just wanna say good luck and a small lucky charm for the tournament later” he stood there for a while while Sora examined the charm he gave, “I’ll be off then, see you later” he left with Roby afterward. Leaving Sora stood there by herself.
“Oooh~ looks like someone is in love~” the kwami of destruction teased the girl, Sora only scoffed with a small snort. There’s no way Arin sees her more than just friends. Both of them are best friends after all.
The thought of it making her giggles a little, “yeah right. Me and Arin are best friends, there’s no way we have feelings more than just friends” she snorted while getting ready to get home.
Later that night, there was another akuma attack from the hawkmoth. It was another time to save the city again “Plagg, claws out!” After transforming, Sora— Cheshire kitty, who is super heroes persona, went out from her house and stopped at the borg tower. Being a super hero means she has the freedom from what her usual life had. She doesn’t have to worry about her dads always arguing (affectionately) every day or even having them being over protective parents. Being cheshire kitty means she could be the real her without worrying about anything or being judged by people. Everyone loves her and Sora for once was proud of that.
She then flew to the Borg tower, where she meets Mr. Red beetle, the ladybug super hero and has the ability of creation. Quite the opposites of her power, and not to mention he’s her partner. He’s nice and really a good leader and perfect in any sense of being a hero, not to mention that Cheshire kitty might have a huge crush on him, well her hero and civilian self has this crush on him. Both of them would often playfully flirt with one another and even sneaking a flirty glance at one another.
“Hey there, kitty. You seem very happy tonight” Beetle said with his signature dream boy smile, “good evening to you too, beetle. Any chance how we should defeat this akuma and also hawkmoth?” she asked as red beetle then used his luck charm. They did find something unique as it was a camera in his hand and he got some ideas.
“I think i found some ideas…” he simply said as they started planning on the plan

After the villains were defeated and purified the akuma and eventually brought everything back to normal, it was only the two left on top of a building. Talking about their day and stuff, they went quiet for a moment. Sora could admit that she has feelings for him since they work together, and she could feel he was feeling the same.
When Sora was about to say something, a red beetle then gave her a pink flower. Pink hydrangea and tulip, “I might have gone buy this before, while we were both beating those akuma… also a gratitude of mine to you as my partner” he said as his cheeks were getting warm. Making Sora smile as she then also takes out some small gift for him as well. “Here, it's for you. A small gift as my gratitude to you as well!” she exclaimed as he then took them both then smiling and laughing.
Their laughter was interrupted by their miraculous beeping, signaling they needed to transform back. “Same time like always?” Sora asked as red beetle nodded. Both parted their ways, but not when the red beetle stayed behind after Cheshire kitty went to her home. He transforms back into Arin, and looks down at her gift as he smiles. “I guess it's another success for you two! And looks like you’re not the only one who has feelings for each other” Tikki teased him, Arin letting out a laugh and shook his head. “C’mon, we better get home too” he simply said as they headed back.
The night is still young afterall. And both him and Sora might have need to find out more about each other.
