    After a routine commission navigating the duties of a Hero, Izuku Midoriya finds himself in the Kingdom of Endeavor just in time for Prince Shouto Todoroki's birthday festival.

    He and his friends are welcomed by celebrating crowds, bustling streets, and perhaps even a chance for him to rekindle an old connection from many years ago. More than anything, he hopes to finally sit back and relax after an exhausting month-long venture through the harsh northern mountains nearby.
