Summary
His eyes are instantly drawn to Dennis Whitaker, who just recently became an intern for the PTMC. Jack always finds it hard to keep his eyes off him whenever they happen to inhabit the same room. Luckily, Dennis doesn't work night shifts often enough for it to become an inherent problem… a very one sided problem it seems.
Jack has an unfortunate crush on Dennis. It makes him feel absolutely juvenile with the way he hangs on Dennis’ every word, replays every conversation a million times in his head, and has the severe urge to reach out and touch him. It hasn't been long since he realized his feelings for him, but once it clicked, it's all he can think about. It consumes him in a way he hasn’t felt since he first met his late wife, Elizabeth.
