Summary
Six years ago, Frank Castle saved a terrified teenager from a man who deserved to die.
He told her to forget him.
She didn't.
Three years later, Frank tracks a notorious trafficker through Hell's Kitchen—only to watch someone else pull the trigger first. The killer isn't another vigilante or a hired gun.
It's the girl he once dragged out of an alley.
Older. Colder. Deadlier.
She built a life hunting the same monsters Frank does, and before either of them realizes it, they're pulled into each other's orbit again.
Years later, they share a tiny apartment, too much baggage, and a relationship held together by stubbornness, bad communication, and the unspoken fear that one of them won't make it home. Frank insists he's keeping her safe. She insists she doesn't need saving.
Neither of them knows how to let go.
Or how to leave.
