   Years ago, Frankie and Pope were in foster care together and Pope did what he never did — he let someone in. He let Frankie in. Eventually, Pope went back home to Smurf and she never saw him again. When Frankie's best friend, Chris drags her to a Cody party, she runs into him again but things aren't the same between them. She thinks Pope is the same...but he isn't and she's about to find out just how much.
