Summary
Arthur Kirkland, the beloved student council president, or… just a petty brat in the eyes of third year student Francis Bonnefoy. From the first moment they shared a classroom, it has been nothing but chaos to say the least.
Petty jokes, detentions, witty arguments, definitely not a great look for the president. However, his great diligence and responsibility outside the classroom made up for the lack of it whenever he’s within a ten meters radius across from Francis.
