   Summary

   Izuku Midoriya has three weeks left on his sublet, a law course load that's actively trying to kill him, and one contact who might know of an open room: Todoroki Shoto, who mentions, almost as an afterthought, that his friend Katsuki Bakugou just lost a roommate. Katsuki Bakugou runs his apartment like a controlled experiment: labeled everything, a home lab bolted to the kitchen counter, silence as a love language. He does not want a roommate. He especially does not want this one, all nervous energy and unfiled edges and a laugh that keeps interrupting Katsuki's very carefully maintained quiet. It should not work. For a while, in ways neither of them agrees to name, it works anyway.
