Alucard/S-Hawk: Genetic son of Dracule Mihawk and unknown Lunarian. Possesses the Green Blood Dice-Dice fruit and wielder of the reforged Tenseiga. A determined young man.
Anubis/S-Crocodile: Genetic son of Crocodile and unknown Lunarian. Possesses the only known Green Blood logia in the Sand-Sand fruit. Aspiring artist and caregiver to animals.
Himawari/S-Snake: Genetic daughter of Boa Hancock and unknown Lunarian. Possesses the green blood clone Love-Love fruit. Ferocious destroyer of all egos and fools.
Ginji/S-Bear: Genetic son of Kuma and unknown Lunarian, brother to Bonney. Possesses the Green Blood clone Paw-Paw fruit. Kindhearted and almighty Director of Traffic.
Anduriel/S-Bat: Genetic son of Moria and unknown Lunarian. Possesses the Green Blood clone Awakened Shadow-Shadow fruit. Entertainer and lover of puppets.
Rocinante II/S-Flamingo: Genetic son of Doflamingo, Rocinante and Aylene. Possesses the Green Blood clone String-String fruit. Kindhearted but possesses a shocking and violent temper.
Tiger/S-Shark: Genetic son of Jinbe and unknown Lunarian. Possesses the Green Blood clone Swim-Swim fruit. Hero in the Ryugu Kingdom for aiding against Hody's attempted coup.
Hotaru: Adopted by Alber after she and her twin escaped from Mariejois during Kaido's brief attack. Half Skypean and Lunarian. Had been used as a 'companion' for winners at the arena. Priestess of Nika and confidant to Kaido. Uses guns.
Touya: Adopted by Alber along with his twin sister Hotaru. Former gladiator and champion of the arena. Fights with a lance. Solemn and protective of his family.
Kyrie: Genetic daughter of Kaido and unknown Lunarian. The first Lunarian born free of the World Government in the artificial wombs taken from Egghead Island. Newborn but maturing faster than usual due to adaptive instinct.

Maya Amano: Currently without bounty. Older sister figure to Tatsuya and Jun. User of the Mythical Zoan Fruit Model: Firebird. Escaped Mariejois with her boys and the twins, has some kind of reluctant connection to the Ruin.

Yamato: Bounty: 780 million. Son of Kaido and Leila, boyfriend of Alber. Unranked in the Beast Pirates due to his longstanding refusal to participate in their previous tyrannical actions and his troubled relationship with Kaido. Now becoming more active in the increasingly noble pathway Kaido is taking.
Delia Surridge: Bounty: 3 billion. Doctor and mastermind of The Day Justice Died. Repentant woman who once experimented on Alber in Punk Hazard, now loyal doctor and caregiver of Wano.
'Sora'/Vinsmoke Reiju: Sanji's older sister and unwilling mole in Wano under the direction of their father Judge.
Tenmei Shirogane: Father of Tomoe and currently a sword instructor to Alucard. A repentant old man who regrets both his part in the massacre of the Kurozumi clan and his rejection of Tomoe's outrage against it.
Masamune Sayaka: The greatest blacksmith in Wano. A sharp tongued, witty young woman who forges with lightning and has a reputation for creating swords that carry curses that doom their wielders.
Vegapunk York: Vegapunk's Greed who has chosen to become a member of the Beast Pirates. Currently unranked but set up to become the chief scientist.
Vegapunk Lilith: Vegapunk's Evil, current captive of the Beast Pirates.
Vegapunk Edison: Vegapunk's Thought, current captive of the Beast Pirates.
Vegapunk Atlas: Vegapunk's Wrath, current captive of the Beast Pirates. Also the woman who restarted the stalled deprogramming of Kaido.
Allies:
Jewellery Bonney: Bounty: 450 million. Daughter of Kuma and bastard Figarland child; a spitfire of a young pirate captain who has become Alber's ward and Kaido's niece, therapist and sanity meter.
Merville Natives: The native people of the island of Merville, who were rescued from Shiki's attempted destruction of the East Blue by the combined efforts of Alber, Kaido and their allies. They now live connected to Wano and support them passively via civilian efforts.
Doc: A mysterious Kobold who was Leila's adoptive father, also knew her friends Caitriona and Rouge fairly well. Knows a lot of things, and wishes to finally gain a relationship with Leila's son Yamato and restart his relationships with Kaido and Alber.

The Flower Capital:
Former Shogun Kurozumi Orochi: Presently Deceased. The man who conspired to bring Kaido to Wano and arranged Oden's death. Despised by most everyone who knew him and ultimately slain by the Seraphim in retribution for Tama's near death.
Shogun Kurozumi Tama: Current Shogun of Wano. Adopted little sister of Ace and technically big sister to Himawari. Master of the many beasts of Merville. Beloved by almost everyone who has ever met her.
'Napping' Kyoshiro/Denjiro: Undercover member of the Akazaya Nine and technical head of Tama's personal security.
Tenguyama/Kozuki Sukiyaki: Father of Kozuki Oden, thought to be dead. Tama's adoptive caregiver and currently one of her chief advisers.
Komurasaki/Kozuki Hiyori: Daughter of Oden and Toki, acting undercover in the identity of the most sought after Orian in the country. Growing more uncertain and troubled as the redemption of the Beast Pirates continues. Spending more and more time in Kuri.
The Wano Defense Force Commanders/The Shinsengumi:
Okita Sara: Young samurai recruit from a troubled village. Swordswoman who chose to take Jack's offer of recruitment and serve as an official defender of Wano.
Nagakura Genya: Young samurai recruit who was born in Ringo. A slightly hotheaded but well-meaning young man who acts as an older brother figure to Sara.
Serizawa Kotone: A mysterious young woman samurai who was recruited for the defense force. Has striking eyes.
Kondo Mikoto: Another young woman who took up the way of the samurai due to her family's struggles. Her father served Oden previously.
Hijikata Chiaki: A childhood friend of Mikoto who chose to volunteer when she heard that her companion had decided to sign up.
Hajime Saito: A mysterious young man who decided to sign up and showed potential.
The Akazaya Nine:
Ashura Doji: Currently under the alias of Shutenmaru, acting as a bandit while preparing for Kin'emon's return. Has dipped into true bandit behavior due to mental and emotional stress breakdown and may act rashly.
Kawamatsu: Currently captive in Udon prison, Hiyori's original protector, and friend of Celine. Preparing still for his allies return and troubled by the changes started by the raid on Egghead.
Kin'emon: Currently time traveling. Momonosuke's guardian and the leader of the Akazaya, blissfully unaware of how things have changed.
Kiku: Currently time traveling. Izo's sister, one of Momonosuke's protectors.
Raizo: Currently time traveling. Oden's ninja retainer.
Kanjuro/Kurozumi Kanjuro: Currently time traveling. Orochi's mole in the Akazaya Nine, a mentally damaged survivor of the Kurozumi family massacre.
