    “I miss you Luffy.” the whiny tone of his friend reverberated through the room grabbing everyone’s attention. Ace and Rosi turned around at the sound. Law flipped the onigiri on the pan nonchalantly.

    “Maybe we can have a sleepover just like the old times…” the voice trailed off as Luffy went back to the living room.

    He heard that but he didn’t want to acknowledge it. Koby always had a crush on Luffy, but in the end, he had chosen Law. So, why was his chest burning with an ugly feeling? He pushed those thoughts away. It’s been twenty years since their wedding day and more than thirty five since they met. He should have more faith, Law scolded himself internally. Yet, it burned in the pit of his stomach.
