Net had always felt like he had to carry everything alone, that he had to be strong for everybody, to the point where he disregarded himself. JJ didn’t make Net change, instead he was his support, while he took care of everyone else, JJ does the same for him. Just when it all felt like too much, there he was, JJ, reaching a hand out to him.
They never let the care they share for each other falter, they always came back, they built homes in each other’s hearts and no matter how much the foundation shook they made sure it always stayed together. That’s why JJ loves Net because to JJ, being with Net was the safest place he could be.
