Written For The Prompt:
The FBI thought they had problems with the Ripper, but unfortunately for Will, Jack, and the team, there's a new guy in town. There is also the problem that the newbie is even worse than the Ripper and Hobbs. He's going for small children. He also really enjoys taping his murders.
Will is having so much trouble connecting to their newest monster that Jack calls in Hannibal to help his teacup. The psychiatrist/serial killer is apathetic if not a bit disgusted by the deaths and is willing to assist.
At least until he sees that the new victim looks just like a familiar little sister. With that image, every nightmare of Hannibal's past comes back to life.
Please, dear writers, give me emotionally breaking Hannibal.
