Summary
Hwang In-Ho, a war veteran who’s now a physician in ASAN Medical Center, spent half of his life as a widower — grieving over his dead wife and unborn child — he told himself that he may have saved everyone in the field, but he failed to save his own family. He thinks being a Doctor eases that pain, the guilt of not saving them.
All that guilt slowly faded away when he met Seong Gi-Hun, the new Resident in ASAN Medical Center.
“Dr. Seong.”
“Yes?”
“You’ll want to return that coat before rounds tomorrow. It has my name on it.” A beat. “And if anyone asks how you got it, you didn’t get it from a locked rooftop.”
