“This is serious.” Peter says, heart racing.
“Okay, baby.” Frank looks at him expectantly, patiently. Frank pulls the sheet up, covers them both. Puts his hand on Peter’s chin and turns his face to look at Frank, blinks in the low light of the lamp and waits for Peter to speak.
“I think I wanna—” He swallows, hard, and Frank presses a kiss to his chin. “I wanna go on testosterone. Is that okay?”
A little crease appears between franks eyebrows, frowning, “Okay. What do you mean?”
"Um— H-hormone replacement therapy—”
“No, I mean. What are you asking me for?” Frank sits up, pulling Peter with him. Peter stares blankly at Frank for a moment, and then tucks the sheet under his armpits to prevent it from falling any further.
“I just. I mean, I want your permission, I guess?” He had thought that was obvious, but now he feels silly.
