Summary
Aang has been on his own in Republic City for 5 years. As he continues to figure out what the world needs from the Avatar during peacetime, he has figured out what HE needs in order for the Air Nomad culture to not just survive but thrive. He's founded the Air Acolytes, a group of people from all nations who want to dedicate themselves to the way of the Air Nomads. But with establishing a fully sustainable island, he needs institutions. Including medical clinics. That's where he meets a young Fire Nation herbalist, who uses her Firebending in ways Aang hadn't even thought of. However, in these changing times, you must conduct yourself with propriety. For even during peacetime, trouble isn't far away.
