It was another day in Asgard, another day that you had to look for a job…it had been hard few weeks for you but you could tell today was the day. You had already signed up to have an appearance with Odin so you could ask for a job at the palace because you WILL take any job he offers. As you get up from your bed you yawn and stretch before getting off your bed and to your closet, you looked for a moment before grabbing your cleanest and best looking clothing. Being all dressed you headed out of your home walking down the streets of Asgard towards the palace when all of the sudden someone ran into you.
“ AH- ugh “
You fell to the ground , by the time you look up to see whoever it was, they were gone.
“ ugh must have been some damn kid or something ”
You got up brushing off the dirt from your clothing before getting up and continuing to the palace. After half an hour or so you got to the palace and joined the line of people asking Odin questions, the line was long if you hadn’t been knocked over maybe it would have been shorter but I mean I guess it was okay because you had nothing to do at all . ( heh loser …jk ). As you stood you watched the people in front of you, some had whole families others only a lady or lad. You look over at the architecture ( is that a word idk :’/ ) as you look down the columns you saw someone hiding behind one, he was kinda tall with black hair and bright blue eyes. You wondered who could he be ? Maybe a rouge or someone planning to sabotage Odin? You didn’t even notice but you ended staring at him and he made eye contact for a moment before disappearing into the shadows. When you realized the lines moved a LOT a you cursed under your breath and went forward. You were at the front of the line and you walked to Odin’s throne and kneeled.
“ Sir Odin, I would like to ask if you needed any servants or warriors because I am in need of a job I will take anything.”
You look up from kneeling, Odin nodded thinking for a moment before he called over a servant and whispered something to them then they nodded and left.
“ I see, I have a job for you it is one of the Most important jobs in this palace…if you fail I will show no mercy.”
You swallowed hard. What could this be ? Protecting his collection of prizes? Hunting an enemy down ? Oh the servant is back and behind her is…hey that guy was the one sneaking around!
Odin spoke again.
“ This is my son Loki, you will have the job of protecting him and doing his bidding “
Loki let out a quiet but deep growl when Odin said “protecting”.
“ Can you handle it or do we need to find someone else?”
You think for a moment, I mean a job is a job right ? You thought to yourself.
“ Yes, I can handle it . I will take the job”
Odin nodded and you got up and walked to Loki and kneeled before him.
“ I’m at your service “
You said before getting up again, and following Loki out as Odin sent him out. You both walked through the palace you could hear Loki muttering something you could only hear.
“ *protection? Tch I’m the god of mischief I don’t need protection…* “
Soon he walked into the beautiful gardens of Asgard that was behind the palace, he sat down on a chair and you stood behind him at his command.
“ So , what is your deal? “
“ I have been in need of a job so I took the first one Odin requested “
You could hear his eyes roll at you saying “Odin” he obviously was not a fan of him.
“ not a fan huh? “
“ obviously not, one question though “
“ yes? “
“ why are you so uptight? Come on I know you’re not actually this uptight “
“ would you rather me be less uptight? “
“ ohh~ I see you’re actually going to do whatever I want ? Correct? “
“ Yes? “
You definitely said that way too quickly.
Loki let out a genuine laugh.
“ HAHAHA~ oh you don’t know how I’m going to push you to your limit “
He stood up crossing his arms.
“ okay let’s test you out “
You nodded…in your head this is what is going on :
“ AHHHHH. WHY DID I EXCEPT THIS JOBBB ..,wait why he kinda hot ? OH SHIT HES TALKING TO ME AGAIN “
Loki spoke his voice smooth intentions not known.
“ okay, go and fetch me some grapes, do be quick I am ever so hungry “
You nod and walk off to find the nearest grapes.
What you do is lokey boring bcs you just look for grapes so LOKI PERSPECTIVE RQQ!
He laughed before transforming into a maid and pretending to clean the chair he was sitting in .
BACK TO UUU
You walk back in only to see a maid?
“ excuse me , have you see Loki? “
You asked the maid while holding a bowl of grapes and looking around.
Loki or rather the maid responded.
“ oh , no I haven’t seen him I think he might be in his quarters, You should check there it’s across the palace “
“ hm..”
You narrowed your eyes.
“ okay I’ll check there…”
You “left” but you actually just hid behind a bush only to see loki transform back and laugh hardly.
“ HA ! He fell for it ! Oh I’m to good “
When he wasn’t looking you walked up to him.
“ good job sir I didn’t notice you had that ability, great job here is your grapes”
“ AH ! “
He jumped back his heart pounding for a moment.
“ You are supposed to be across the palace! “
“ yes but the maid sounded suspicious, no way a maid would just randomly clean a chair there would be be more maids with her so I stayed in the bushes just in case “
“ wow , you are good “
“ I try, “
“ hmmm but what could brake you? Hm? “
He walked to you and grabbed a grape and ate it crossing his arms again and looking at you his head tilting like a dog when it’s confused or stumped. He let out a deep hum.
“ hmmmm “
“ need anything else sir ?”
“ ugh sir is to formal , if you’re going to be here a while you might call me something different , any ideas?”
You thought jokingly : “ hm my king ? “ unfortunately it escaped your lips in a whisper barely hearable.
“ Oh? What was that dear~? “
“ what? “
“ Come on~ I want you to say it this time let’s say it so I can hear “
You mumble to your self “ fuck..”. Your face flushed a light pink, Loki stepped closer now the only thing I between you two were a bowl full of grapes. You tried to keep up the tough guy exterior but man he was sexy.
“ I-I didn’t say anything “
His hand went to your cheek and you swallowed hard again your heart started to pounding against your chest like it was going to hop out of it .
“ we both know what you said I just want to hear you say it clearly ”
You almost dropped the grapes shit Loki was really close now you could feel his breath against your skin it was warm faintly scented by the grape he ate . Your body started moving back one step at a until you had backed into a tall bush where Loki pinned you against .
“ No where to go now prince, now what did you say my name was again? “
“ don’t be shy it’s just me and you “
He was so close that the grapes had already left your hands a while ago, his hand sliding across your cheek to your chin to move it so you were looking him in his eyes. His eyes were a bright blue that you could swim in he was so sexy you couldn’t even squeak out a sentence without stumbling over your words.
“ oh ? Has my uptight guard gone ? Now you are completely different huh? Is it perhaps that you like this ~ Now I’m getting impatient my dear either you say it or I might just have to kiss you ~“
You were on cloud nine but were able to squeak out .
“ I said King…“
“ ah ah ahh~ you forget something “
He said his eyes looking down to your lips for a moment lingering there for as much time as possible.
“ my king “
“ *good boy* “
He pet your chin with his thumb before he stepped back his fingers leaving your chin.
“ Hehehe who knew I could get someone so uptight to crumble before me so easily oh I do enjoy you ~”

You had gone home for the night it was weird they let you leave his side but oh well you needed to take a break after today. You bit your lip remembering earlier that day, how close he was… how passionate he was … you couldn’t tell if was playing around with you or not.
“ ughh why did I have to say my king …”
You groaned at your own stupidity.
“ it could have been worse though he could have…kissed me…hm..I…it wouldn’t be to bad his lips looked soft…AH stop! You can’t like Loki HE IS LITERALLY A PRINCE OF ASGARD ! And you’re just a servant ! “
But you can’t seem to shake the feeling that maybe it could be more…
