Royalty Lore:
- Social classes kind of still exist. Ukraine has a monarchy. Any world leaders will be made up. No real life situations going on.
- Mischa is the heir to the Ukrainian throne/the prince i guess.
- Noel is sort of middle class. His mother works for the Canadian government but only as an assistant. Noel's father is french, left him and his mother to go work for the french government. Noel is also very beautiful, notably so.
- Mischa (obviously) is not in Saint Cassians or the chamber choir. Neither of the choir actually know him aside from maybe lessons or the news.
- Ukraine and Canada have this sort of alliance. Royals of Ukraine may visit Canada for certain reasons and vice versa. They had a strong trade alignment, agreed with many laws and almost co-rules their countries together. They rely heavily on eachother.
(i have recognised how odd this would be since Canada is one of the lead suppliers of uranium and Ukraine is affected by that but take it as you will).
- Mischa’s parents are alive and well, considering they are ruling monarchs. However, they are wanting to step down as soon as Mischa gets married.
- They tried setting him up with Talia and he was genuinely interested until he met Noel once during a visit around Canada.
Past/extra lore:
- Ukraine and Canada first became allies during the 'War of Gluttony' when Spain decided they wanted to expand their land and control more resources. (no hate to spain i swear im just picking random countries for this)
- after this, the two countries share technologies, resources, weapons and tools.
- They have annual major meetings every September and separate smaller meetings for different matters.
- The Ukrainian monarchs are very Christian, Mischa was raised with Catholic beliefs whereas Noel is not Christian and is either agnostic or praises Aphrodite.
Background for the choir:
-They arent popular (obviously)
- They are a very tight knit group who has know eachother for years, Penny joined a little later on.
- They do tend to get picked on
-Ricky and Penny arent dating yet but are very close and crushing.
- Ocean might never date anyone, same with Constance.
- Noel does tend to get a few love confessions but soon gets threatened not to tell anyone about them once he turns them down.

Definitely a quieter monarchy but wealthy and rich in resources rather than land. Does tend to be the occasional failed uprising or rebellion whenever things didn't work out smoothly. e.g famine or failed crops or disease.
