Summary
Once Upon a Time — Alternate Universe. No magic, no curse — just Boston, a five-star hotel, and two sisters who've been keeping a very old secret.
Emma Swan just wanted a fresh start: a General Manager job at Boston's most exclusive hotel, a good school for her son, a boss who doesn't ask too many questions. What she gets instead is Regina Mills — magnetic, maddening, and clearly hiding something behind that composed exterior — and a pull between them that neither woman can talk herself out of, no matter how many good reasons Regina has for staying away.
Ruby Lucas just wanted the job under Emma. What she finds is Zelena — sharp-tongued, wickedly confident, and entirely too interested in the color of Ruby's pulse.
Some secrets are worth keeping quiet for. Some hungers don't fade just because you tell them to. And some women are worth the risk, even when loving them means learning exactly how much you're willing to lose.
A slow burn, a little dangerous, and not nearly as human as it looks from the lobby.
