In light of some recent tweets we feel that the relationships @tonystark has with @TonyStarkbrokeintomygarage and @pbparker needs to be addressed .
Mr Stark and @TonyStarkbrokeintomygarage met during the mandarin incident and after that whole debacle was cleared up they remained in contact and have built a close relationship.
As for @pbparker he is a high level SI intern who Tony has also grown quite close with and he sometimes stays overnight at the Tower hence his comment about Tony having “partial custody” we assure you neither of them are his legally nor are they his biologically, but they do like to joke around a bit so please do take their words with a grain of salt -SI Official

A recent post has made it clear Spiderman is a minor and we are here to address this.
Yes Spider-Man is a minor (we will not share his specific age he can do that himself), but no that doesn’t affect his ability to do the job.
He has been doing this because he chooses to and is not forced in any way shape or form. In addition to this Mr Stark makes it his priority to ensure Spidey’s safety.
Even more so now than before we hope everyone understands why protecting Spidey’s identity is so important so please respect him and his boundaries -SI Official
