   Summary

   Nearly a year after his first quest, Percy Jackson has finally found something resembling a normal life: a safe home in Brooklyn with his Uncle Paul, a new friend in Tyson, and another summer at Camp Half-Blood waiting for him. But normal never lasts long for Percy. When terrifying visions reveal Grover in danger and Luke carrying out a mysterious attack, Percy discovers that Camp Half-Blood itself is in trouble—and Chiron has been deliberately keeping him away. With the camp’s safety unraveling, Percy can sense another unwanted adventure ahead.
