Summary
SPOILERS FOR SEASON 2, EPISODE 8 AND BEYOND. You are a human magician, cursed by the first lich to walk the earth until the sun swallowed it for defying his will, and you’ve made the horrible mistake of being in Wallachia in 1476. Everyone you’ve ever known or loved has died. You’ve gone by many names, taken many lovers, and sampled every vice known to man. You’ve dedicated yourself to science that you hope can aid your failing mind at the cost of serving a vampire lord, which is awkward, because apparently that vampire lord is dead. Oh, and was also secretly plotting to murder the human race before he kicked the bucket. Now a nameless wanderer armed with only your wits, you’ll have to face off against a murderous monk, the creatures of the night, and something almost entirely foreign to you: fear. Venture forth, traveler. For the night is dark, and creatures lurk in the shadows.
