Summary
Within the quiet depths of the cold palace, Xie Lian, the emperor's unfavored Flower Consort who has been twice banished, lives a life of solitude among fading blossoms and forgotten halls.
But, fate sends General Hua to his side. A powerful warrior who has never known the tenderness of love, General Hua finds himself captivated by the gentle consort hidden away from the world. At the same time, Xie Lian's heart begins to awaken for the first time as he discovers someone who treasures him not for his title, but for the person he truly is.
Two lonely souls who have never experienced love before find each other within the palace walls. Amidst palace lanterns, blooming flowers, and whispered affections, a love neither of them ever believed they would have begins to blossom.
In a place where Xie Lian was meant to be forgotten, he finds the one person who makes him feel cherished.
