    The rookie hasn’t noticed him, his head pressed to the wall, head tilted up to look at the starless sky. He takes a long drag of his cigarette, closing his eyes and blowing out smoke. There’s something… heavy about him, the way his expression seems so empty for someone who should be inside, getting drunk, and celebrating. Rozanov pulls the cigarette from his lips, holding it watching the red tip get closer to his fingers.
    “Put it out,” Scott finds himself silently calling out to him.
    And then he does. Pushing back part of his sleeve and stamping it out.

    During the awards ceremony in Vegas, Scott Hunter finds rookie Ilya Rozanov smoking on the roof. He’s about to walk away when he sees Ilya putting out the cigarette on his own arm. He's not about to let that stand.
