Acorn pov
Acorn was mindlessly scrolling through social media as she walks outside to go to Guest's house, that was where they'll meet up, no?
And this was a good time as well, since she has been trying to find multiple ways to distract herself from the conflict she had with Bacon a few days ago.
She should've just listened to him, it was a dangerous idea to meet up with some exploiters just to find out where your parents are.
She should've had thought that the exploiters were just using her parents as bait so she could give them money..
But that's what happens if you trust some random people you have never even met..
At the same time, she was desperate. Desperate for answers, desperate for any leads that can give her an idea where her parents are.
…
She sighed, staring back at her phone again and scrolling mindlessly once more.
until she stumbled upon an announcement, it was an amusement park..
The park seems to be collabing with some celebrity, who Acorn actually doesn't know… But hey, the amount of pink and the rollercoaster rides piqued her interest.
So she hurried to where Guest's house was supposed to be, knocking at the door and opening it without waiting for anyone to even open it for her.
Only to see them.. Praying and doing a ritual with a low quality drawing of the exploiter who attacked her..?
This is stupid.
“What in the world are you guys doing?” She shook her head out of pure disbelief as she leaned against the doorframe as the trio looked at where she was.
“We're just hexing those exploiters that attacked you the other day.” Bacon said casually almost as if this is just a normal thing to do.
Well to them.. It's definitely a yes.
“Woohoo!” Nooby commented with the biggest grin plastered on his face as Guest only smiled enthusiastically with the other two.
“Right…” Acorn muttered under her breath, she took out her phone and started walking towards them. “Well, I was actually gonna show you guys something.” She said.
The trio looked at her with a hint of curiosity as they listen to what she's gonna say and gonna show to them.
“There's a new amusement park that just opened up, I figured we can go there and hang out for the rest of the day..?” She suggested.
For a moment it was silence, the boys were weirdly silent… It urked Acorn a little bit before seeing the trio have teary eyes.
“What? Why are you looking at me like that?” She questioned, confuzzled at why they were looking like they were gonna cry.
“Nothing! It's because you never really ask us to go out and just hang out for the day!” Bacon dramatically sobbed and sniffled, Acorn couldn't help but smile at the trio's unpredictable antics.
“Yeah! It's usually me or Bacon who asks in the group chat if we can hang out…!” Nooby said, he wiped his tears away as Guest mimicked his movement.
“Yeah, like what he said…” Bacon sniffled again, nodding in agreement to what Nooby had said, even Guest agreed with the both of them.
“Ahh!! I'm so HAPPY!!” Nooby stood up and ran to tackle Acorn to the ground and give her the biggest bear hug she will ever receive in her entire life!
“G-get off me, Nooby! I-I just wanted to try out the rollercoasters..!” Acorn claimed, she struggled against Nooby's weight and it was pretty hard to breathe underneath him.
Guest only chuckled at the sight as Bacon stood up from the floor as well. “Quick! Let's go now before Acorn changes her mind!” He excitedly said with pure enthusiasm as both Nooby and Guest quickly followed him.
“Yeah!! WOOHOO!” Nooby happily chirped as he was already outside, dragging Guest with him out of pure joy.
Guest tried his best to keep up with the other two as he really wanted to wait for Acorn, but it seems they both are too excited.
Acorn sat on the floor and stared at the door with disbelief presented in her eyes, but she only smiled and followed along as quickly as possible.
“So energetic…” She muttered to herself.
