Summary
Johnny knew he shouldn't, but he was starting to get pissed all the way off.
He uncorked the canteen with a little more strength than it needed and ended up spilling it all over himself with the angry movement. He huffed, dabbing the water on a rag. It was a nasty thing, rough and worn full of holes, but it was the best they had and he really needed to get some of the dust and grime off of him, so he got to scrubbing. He sighed gratefully when he pressed it, cool, against his scorching lids. He inhaled the stale, musty smell of it, briefly wondering how much use it actually was to wash himself with something so rank. Most of the time it just felt like rubbing dirt around.
All the while he felt Gyro's gaze burrowing holes into him, lingering on his every little move.

After the fight with Ringo Roadagain, Gyro is very shaken up.
The weight of everything they’ve been dealing with paired with almost having lost Johnny comes crashing down on him and Johnny is there to be astoundingly inept at picking up the pieces.
