In the dead of night, when all the lights are turned low in a facsimile of a day/night cycle, Amuro sneaks down the halls of the White Base. He floats, touching the ground and walls as little as possible as he makes his way to the hangar bay. In front of him stands Gundam, tall and proud as it always is. Amuro will hide in its shell. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it won't be the last.
