Summary
Luis Madrigal was finally going to confess his love to Max Hatter after weeks of pining. That was the plan. Except he took too long to gather the courage, and he was too late. His best friend, Robbie Hood, was already wooing Max, right in front of him.
But looking closely at the scene in the garden, of Robbie holding Max and all of their friends cheering, he noticed Felix Facilier’s smile didn’t reach his eyes and he was crossing his arms a little too tightly.
