Ao3 Classics Fic Cover for sem'ya by thisisnotthenerd
Summary: Ilya doesn't go into their game against Philly intending to hate Gritty, contrary to Shane's assumptions. He has it all worked out. It's just going to be a fun little bit that he does. Gritty has a menacing energy that should vibe well with Ilya's everything.
In their second year as captains of the Nordiques, Shane and Ilya have more challenges to face, including a team that is now aware of them as a couple, anxious new additions, flirtatious mascots, and a hockey world that is finally responding to change...
Direct sequel to domoy, wherein Shane and Ilya go to the Quebec Nordiques in this AU’s expansion draft and come out to the world, and Yuri, Yuuri, and Viktor move to Canada.
