   Summary

   Neither Kakashi nor Obito had ever thought life could give them anything they’d be allowed to keep. It takes fighting a war together for them to realize they were wrong.

   In the aftermath of the Fourth War, Obito has to reckon with the mistakes he made, while Kakashi’s body begins to break down after a lifetime spent battling his own grief. In the middle of it all, haunted by his own failures, Minato decides to stay back and help.
