Summary
It was a normal week in September. The days were growing shorter and the heat of summer was giving way to the cool of autumn. College had just come back into session and Lucifer was happy for the distraction. He didn’t want to linger on his wife, who had essentially told him to “fuck off”, and his daughter was too busy being a young adult to care much about what her dad was doing. The long and short of it was, he missed his family very much. So the Fall semester starting was somewhat of a relief. At least… that’s what it was supposed to be.
Stumbling upon Alastor killing another student on campus turned into something of a nightmare that Lucifer just couldn’t wake up from. Witnessing the murder was one thing, but now he was being stalked by the younger man. The student had some how convinced his daughter he was nice, of all the insane sentiments. There seemed to be no escape from him! He never expected a normal day at work could turn into the waking nightmare it had become. One he wasn’t entirely certain he wanted to end anymore…
