Summary
Kyle comes home from work with the smell of an unknown werewolf. Or is it a werewolf? The smell makes Mercy think of her cat Medea. An as you may know curiosity killed the cat. But what about a curios coyote? Once again Mercy has a supernatural puzzle to solve.
After reading the first 13 novels about Mercy Thompson and the 5 novels in the Alpha and Omega series, I was so involved in Patricias universe that I had not only small stories, but a hole novel of my own rumoring around in my head. I have never written a novel before and it took surprisingly long time to put my thoughts to paper. I hope you enjoy my version of Mercy 13½ (as Patricia in the meantime has written no. 14). I apologize in advance for all language errors as English is not my native language.
PS. Chapter 1 and 2 contains mostly of small stories that sums up my understanding of the supernatural person gallery surrounding Mercy. In chapter 3 the main story starts (if you are impatient to find out what killed the cat…).
