   Summary

   After the sudden loss of nearly 1/20 of the population in one night, a new ruler takes charge of the underground. Papyrus has all the power that new society could offer, but hardly feels in control of his problems. Flowey got back the control of the timeline, but finds himself more powerless than ever before.

   Perhaps they could seek the worst of both things in each other!
