Summary
When Regulus goes into heat suddenly and unexpectedly, he rides it out alone. He goes to his doctor once it finishes and he is told that if his heat has broken through suppressants, he needs to come off them and let his hormones level out. He is advised that finding an alpha would help this process greatly.
When James was fifteen, tragedy struck. Just a month after presenting as an Alpha, his parents passed away and he was left alone to navigate the foster system. He wasn’t there for long though. It took six months for a family to take advantage of his secondary gender and sell him off to a facility that would train him to be the perfect Alpha, while the family got a payout.
