Price was used to working late at this point. Mountains of never ending paperwork and reviewing intel usually kept him in his office past midnight most days. It used to never be a problem, he never had someone waiting on him before.
Now? He had Simon warming his bed and expecting him home at a halfway decent hour. Simon wasn't one to have dinner waiting on the table or anything but he did like to fall asleep next to his husband. He liked knowing that he was wrapped up in Price's arms, the man's beard tickling his cheek as they slept curled up with one another.
