Summary
Till is running from the increasingly dangerous demands of his father and a musical career he never wanted when he stumbles into a bar tucked away from the rest of the city. Its strange bartender, Ivan, is far too intense. Despite this, the bar becomes a sanctuary where no one knows who Till is or who’s looking for him. Even if the respite is temporary, Till relishes the few hours a week he can hide away at Black Sorrow.
Ivan has bigger problems than one strange, grumpy regular. As the adopted son of notorious mob boss Unsha, he's being groomed to inherit a criminal empire and all the rot that comes with it. His father intends to keep his biological family clean by letting Ivan bloody his hands instead.
But the more dangerous Ivan's life becomes, the harder it is to stay away from Till.
