Summary
Taehyun and Beomgyu have always dreamed of celebrating many more anniversaries together.
Despite Taehyun's heart condition and the surgery waiting for him, Beomgyu is always there—reminding him about his medicine, worrying about his health, and loving him through every difficult day.
