Work Text:
When Lucifer asked him if he wanted to go on a date that required a bit of a trip he wasn’t expecting a farm. Yet, here he was. He felt completely overdressed.
The animals were adorable though.
He felt Lucifer slide up to him, having run out of lettuce to feed them by now.
“How about a roll in the hay?”
“I don’t think I’m dressed for that.”
“I don’t think you’ll need clothes for that.”
For a moment, Angel was lost, before his face split into a grin. “I think that pickup line went out of style before I was even born, Lulu!”
“Ah. So that’s why you took so long to figure it out.”
Lucifer scratched his cheek, a sheepish smile on his face.
“So? Do you want to?"
Angel laughed, bending down to give Lucifer an obnoxiously loud kiss. “Ya betcha, baby. Come on, let’s go before they can stop us.”
Grabbing him by the hand, Angel pulled Lucifer with him toward the barn. He’d have to pick hay out of his fur for hours after, but he’d done more for way less.
Pity they’d probably have to try to be quick.
